PKL delivered a multi-unit temporary kitchen facility to Ashridge Business Centre, while refurbishment works were undertaken to the kitchen facility.
Ashridge Business Centre is located 30 miles outside of London and is based in a Grade 1 listed country house which was built in the early 1800s, and is accompanied by 190 hectares of parkland and gardens.
The Centre has recently undertaken refurbishment works to their kitchen and during this time, PKL was able to provided a multi-unit temporary kitchen which was used to continue foodservice operations.
This temporary facility included a production kitchen, pastry kitchen and a preparation area, and was supported by coldrooms, a modular freezer and a dishwashing unit.
PKL’s temporary kitchen facility was onsite for 12 weeks and was fully capable of providing over 500 meals per sitting for residents, functions and staff.
